This Caesar Pasta Salad is my new favorite recipe. It’s light, full of flavor & has tons of pasta! Yum!
I’m also joining with some of my favorite bloggers to bring you a fun pasta blog hop.
Ingredients:
12 oz. box of tri-color rotini pasta, cooked, rinsed & drained
3/4 cup Caesar salad dressing
1 small cucumber, peeled & diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 can pitted olives, sliced
1 carton cherry tomatoes
6 oz. Feta cheese crumbles
In a large bowl mix the pasta & salad dressing together until the pasta is evenly coated. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Serve on top of lettuce, if desired.
This recipe is the yummiest thing I’ve made ever! It’s so delicious & full of flavor. Serve alone as a lunch or pair with seasoned grilled chicken breast for a light dinner. Enjoy!
