Good morning! Just got back from our little vacation to Texas!
We had so much fun, but I’m super happy to be home!
Today I’d love to show you how to make this super easy {4th of July} block.
You’ll need: 5 inch x 5 inch block of wood, blue paint, ribbon & tulle, vinyl lettering
{I cut this quote on my Silhouette using century gothic & blackjack fonts.}
Love these easy crafts! You just paint your block, apply your vinyl lettering
& then tie a bow! It was that easy, & it turned out sooooo cute!
Well I cut an extra vinyl piece!
So the 1st person that comments on this post
& tells me that they want it….it’s yours!
Just make sure that I have a way to contact YOU!
Annnnd I’ll drop it in the mail to you!
Thank you so much stopping by my blog!
If this is your first time visiting I’d love to keep in touch.

Love it…so cute. Really beautiful quote.
What a fabulous cute block!! 🙂 xo Holly
I love it! If no one else has claimed it, I would love the quote! Thanks for posting the tutorial!
Hello Ginger,
You’re so right, it is great to go on vacation but always great to return home after it is over. Nothing like sleeping in your own cozy bed. Love your 4th of July block. Super Cute Project.
Smiles, Paula
Always the best quotes here! Great job friend!
Well, I see that it's been claimed, but I really love it! I don't always love things on blocks, but this one just hit home for me. I have a Silhouette and could cut my own, if you're willing to share the .studio file. If not, I'll try to recreate it. Thanks a bunch!

Just emailed it to you. Let me know if it works. 🙂
I always love your block projects! Thanks for sharing the font. 🙂
Thanks, Ginger! It worked! I'll be hunting for a block of wood later today and making it tonight if all goes well! And, you've given me an idea for a way to post great quotes in my classroom, too. I had a frame, but it got knocked on the floor and cracked. Wood seems like a more durable option! Thanks again for sharing your project!
Hey there! 🙂
I’m currently challenging crafty people to share one of their projects to help people "who think they can’t craft"! Go on my blog for mor informations!!
And if you’d like to share a project, it would be GREAT!
It doesn't have to be a new project, it can just be an old one.
It just have to be easy, and cheap:)
Craftily 🙂
