  1. I have been meaning to make some kind of magnetic (or chalk board) menu planner or chore chart.

  2. I can't believe that's at HOme Depot. I just bought a can of magnetic chalkboard paint on the internet. It's an all-in-one product so I'm saving steps but I wish I had seen this first!!! I'm using it on an accent wall in my daughter's room The stuff is amazing!!! I just did it yesterday but here's her room so far.

    I hope you like it!!

  4. So many things…I love chalkboard paint!! In the last house we owned I painted the bottom half of a wall in my son's playroom with it and he loved it. I've been wanting to paint the fronts of his dresser drawers with it so that I can write what's in them. Have fun with your paint!!

  5. So much fun! I have no idea what I would make either. I'm thinking you *might be able to find some ideas on Pinterest though 😉

  6. I haven't really been a fan of chalkboard paint, but I've been seeing so much stuff painted with it. I think I am going to try to paint my pantry door, and use it as a dinner menu/shopping list for each week. 🙂
Can't wait to see what you choose to do with it.

  7. I used both of those on the laundry room door to the garage to have a memo board system. And it's fun for the kids to draw and play with magnets.

  8. I love that stuff! I made a couple of chalkboard tables: http://directionsnotincluded.blogspot.com/2011/07/chalkboard-table-ikea-hack_24.html
They were a HUGE hit with the kiddos and I've had a bunch of friends order for Christmas gifts.

  9. And I'm excited to see those ideas ;-)!

  10. That exciting! I'm sure you will create something amazing, as always!

  11. I think I'd paint the backing on a frame with it (one small enough to go on a kids door. That way they can have something like "Come on In" or "Taking Time" (ie. leave me alone I need some time to myself) written on it with chalk, and then have colourful magnets to put beside whichever one applies.

  12. I heart chalkboard paint soo much. Too much maybe and the magnetic paint?? I can't even imagine what you are gonna do with it and I cannot wait to see!

  13. I LOVE both of those paints! I haven't had as much luck with the magnetic paint as I have with the chalkboard paint. I just realized that I was not a follower of your fabulous blog! I was searching and searching through my blogger list and couldn't find Ginger Snap Crafts…well duh, no wonder why!! So, now I am officially a follower although I have been following for a long time already "unoffically" 🙂
