Last week while I was on vacation I guest posted over at {Chef in Training}.
Loretta Lynn’s Ooey Gooey Cake
Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
8 oz. tub of Cool Whip
1 Heath bar, chopped
Bake cake as directed on box.
Cook, but while still slightly warm- poke holes in cake with the end of a wooden spoon.
Pour into holes- first the sweetened condensed milk and then caramel ice cream topping.
Let cake set for awhile in the refrigerator.
Just before serving top with 8 oz. of cool whip & sprinkle with the Heath bar pieces.
{Enjoy!}
Oh my, that looks delicious!

I heart any thing that is ooey and gooey..when it comes to desserts ha! This sounds sinful and delicious all in one little package!
Oooh this sounds good especially with the Heath pieces! YUM!
Thanks for linking up today. The link is open until August 15th so please link back and tell your readers. I appreciate it. I want to be able to spread the word.
That sounds SO good! And since my mom's a huge Loretta Lynn fan I think I'll make this for when I go visit her next weekend 🙂
Popping over from Hines-Sight to say hi! What a positively sinful cake that looks to be…sinfully delish! Happy Monday!
This is one of my very favorite cakes! We love to make this for birthdays too. 🙂 Yum… I may have to make some soon.
