Bake for about for about 15 minutes or until centers are puffy and edges are just beginning to turn a golden brown. Take out of the oven & set on a wire rack to cool. Gently run a knife around edges of cookies to loosen them up from the pan. Leave in the pan. While they are still warm, top cups with a few more peanut butter & chocolate chips.

Remember a well-stocked pantry – your “cantry ” – will help you get through the week with creative meals & yummy recipes that you can feel good about serving your family and friends. Cantry Thursdays underscores the importance of one’s cantry and the role it can and should play on Thursdays – and every day of the week – to help get a nutritious, homemade meal on the table that you can feel great about serving.

By the time Thursdays roll around, most of your groceries have been used or have spoiled, and you’re tired from the long week and don’t want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. The solution is NOT the takeout menu drawer or going out to eat…it’s your cantry. Nutritious, fresh and flavorful meals & desserts are achievable quickly and easily thanks to the canned foods in your pantry. Let’s get those cantry’s stocked up with staples like veggies, canned milk, chili, soup & meats! 🙂
